Kevin McCloud, Damion Burrows and Natasha Huq visit the last set of homes on the shortlist, before announcing the winner of this year's Riba House of the Year. The final entries include a barn on the Isle of Wight that was reborn as a luminous retreat, a 1960s London townhouse transformed into a striking example of high-end brutalism and a Suffolk house turned into four practical buildings. Plus, two bungalow renovations - one in Somerset that has been turned into a low-energy loft-like home and another in Somerset that has been completely overhauled.
