Daniel discovers Paul has bought up key properties surrounding Erinsborough High and intends to create an up market housing estate after the school becomes another Eden Hills Grammar campus. Incensed, Nate wants to expose Paul immediately, but Daniel insists they hold off until he's given him a chance to explain.
