Los Angeles born-and-raised Jeremy Strubel is SoCal through and through. The neighborhood guy will match up against BierBeisl chef-owner Bernhard Mairinger, whose talents are just as imposing as his six foot seven inch Austrian frame. But their abilities will be tested by probably the most disparate collection of ingredients to date--haggis, chestnuts and jackfruit!
