Portland chefs John Gorham and Kasey Mills of Toro Bravo bring their exotic flavors to The Gorbals to face off against locals David Lentz and Kris Longley from The Hungry Cat. This episode's special ingredients include live sea cucumber, quail and dragonfruit! With three very distinct flavors on the menu, teamwork will be key to pulling out a victory.
