A traffic cop is used to abuse but when Senior Constable Russel Warner pulls over a driver, he gets a reaction like none other he's witnessed before. Senior Constable Jerome Murnane stops a car with two extremely stoned occupants. Not only are they wasted, with drugs inside their unregistered car, but Jerome's upset to learn they are driving around with a baby on board.
