Tollbooth operators Frank Pulaski and Tommy Zimm are conversing routinely as they send cars through their tollbooths. A car pulls up to Pulaski's tollbooth, and the driver pays with a $10 bill, then asks the operator if his name if Frank Pulaski. When Pulaski says yes, the driver demands his change.
