I love this show. I record all the episodes. However, I have a problem with the heat on the oven as my gas stove/oven is a Thermador and in Farenheight and I am not familiar with the settings Jamie mentions and some of his expressions when he refers to the heat/cooking setting he uses. Also is there any way I can get the FULL RECIPE to either save it on a flash card or print it? Thanks Mariette
