After a hair styling masterclass from mentor Herbert, the celebrities set their scissors to work on real customers. Yvette performs a great cut, but disaster strikes as Jody hacks inches from his client's hair when she only wanted a trim.
The trainees are then given a lesson in hair art, making shapes and patterns in the hair with clippers. With one slip of the hand, it could all go horribly wrong. Helen literally carves out a new look as she shaves her name into the side of one customer's head.
