The Biggest Loser: Special Edition 'Families' episode continues in the second hour when both the 'Little Italy Family' and the '50's Diner Family' return to face their previous lives of fattening foods. Both families are thrilled when they discover new gym equipment and refrigerators filled with healthy food right in their own homes. Tension breaks out between trainers Bob and Jillian and their respective families when disappointing results and unhealthy decisions surface. One family member gets some exciting news that changes her life and after the final weigh-in, one family walks away with $50,000.
