A woman has recurring nightmares where she dreams she has woken up but her husband is a stranger who calls her by an unfamiliar name, as people and places keep shifting around her--and she never knows when the dream is over.

"The Overnight Case" had potential, but never really went anywhere. If you enjoy ambiguous stories, this might be the kind of episode for you. While I do tend to enjoy stories that blur the lines of reality and fantasy, I didn't find myself caring for any specific version of the protagonist's reality enough to be invested in whether or not she discovered the truth.
