Reality series in which AA's Friendliest Landlady Lisa Holloway travels the UK to meet the people who are keen on turning their empty rooms into potential goldmines. In the medieval Somerset town of Bruton, retired teacher Jocelyn has been keeping busy with badminton, belly-dancing and B&Bing. Known as the Apple Store, Jocelyn's self-contained two-storey garden annexe should be a juicy little earner, but her mismatched decor is failing to attract Bruton's upmarket clientele.
