Reality series in which AA's Friendliest Landlady Lisa Holloway travels the UK to meet the people who are keen on turning their empty rooms into potential goldmines. The fishing port of Newhaven is home to Canadian-born marketing manager Carla. Her colourful four-bed house is a former sweet shop, so Lisa hits upon the idea of using its history to restyle her spare room and remarket her business. Will it be sweet dreams, or more like bah humbug?
