Newcastle and Newmarket

Rishi Persad and the Channel 4 Racing team are in Newcastle for the North East course's biggest day of the season. For the first time ever, the historic ú150,000 Northumberland Plate is to be run on the track's new all-weather surface and, in another first, a valuable ú75,000 consolation race will be run ahead of the main event. Newcastle: 2.30, 3.05, 3.40 and 4.15pm. Newmarket: 2.45, 3.20 and 3.55pm.
