Lisa Holloway travels the UK to meet people who are keen on turning their empty rooms into potential goldmines. Lisa is in the market town of Darwen in Lancashire to tackle a redundant bedroom. Now that their kids have left home, Vikki and Paul's house feels quite empty and they want to have a little extra cash to spoil their grandson. But the black walls are a tell tale sign of a teenage past and may not be the most welcoming feature to a paying guest.
