Reality series in which AA's Friendliest Landlady Lisa Holloway travels the UK to meet the people who are keen on turning their empty rooms into potential goldmines. Dorset duo Rose and Arnie have been entrusted with the fate of the Fox and Grapes, a friend's property that the couple would like to relaunch as a B&B. Lisa recognises Rose's strengths on the catering side, but wants to make sure that the burgeoning business won't overstretch the inexperienced hosts.
