Edinburgh environmental health student Stephen Glass is tested on his knowledge of animal droppings and visits the mortuary where he views a dead body for the first time. Plus, tackling chewing gum stuck to the city's streets and as revellers descend en masse to celebrate Hogmanay, street cleaner Ray Stevenson is left to scoop up the mess they leave behind.
