Harvey Frost was born in London, England. A champion school and college athlete rowing crew, he started his film career in London, before moving to Toronto, Canada, and subsequently to Los Angeles. He now lives in Pacific Palisades, California, where he is single parent to his 12-year-old twins, who live with him full time. He also has two daughters who live nearby.
