Carolyn Taylor honed her skills in political and social satire at The Second City in Toronto, writing and starring in 5 original revues. She has written multiple seasons of This Hour Has 22 Minutes, for which she earned a Gemini nomination, a Canadian Comedy Award and a Canadian screenwriting Award. Carolyn has written sketch, political commentary and episodic for Canada's major networks including Senior Writer for CBC's The Hour and YTV's That's So Weird (earning another Gemini nomination). She is also a contributing writer for CBC Radio's hit satire, This Is That and Gavin Crawford's Because News. Acting credits include The Gavin Crawford Show, 22 Minutes, Sue Thomas F.B.Eye,Wild Card, The Hour and Queer as Folk. Feature film credits include 19 Months and Christina Zeidler's lesbian rom-com, Portrait of a Serial Monogamist (2016). Carolyn performs live at Dawn Patrol, West End Girls, Cult Wayward, Wand Portal, The She-Dot Festival and Homo Night in Canada. Carolyn is the Showrunner for Baroness von Sketch Show.
