Honami Suzuki is a Japanese actress. She made a comeback in the 2011 NHK Taiga historical drama "Himetachi no Sengoku".
In 1994, at the age of 23, she married Kawai Kazuhito but got a divorce in 1997.
In October 1998, Suzuki remarried Ishibashi Takaaki, a popular comedian and actor. On January 1, 1999, Honami announced her withdrawal from the show business following her daughter's birth. She resumed her acting career with the NHK Taiga drama Gō (2011).
On July 16, 2021, they announced their divorce since their children have grown up. They have 3 daughters together.
