David Jachin Kelley was born in Seattle, Washington, the child of two young artists. His dad, The Spoonman, made jewelry out of forks and spoons and his mom was a portrait artist.
His family moved to Salem, Oregon when he was 2 years old where he would spend the next 20 years of his life.
As a young boy, David was inspired by the actors he saw every day when he would sneak into the Vaudevillian-era movie house next door.
After graduating from South Salem High School, David received the top National Scholarship to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. He graduated in 1997.
David is now based in Florida and in addition to acting and singing he enjoys riding his Harley, driving his Tesla, raising his two kids and traveling the world with his wife, actress Krista Kelley.
