Sean Thomas Casey nicknamed "the Mayor", is an American former professional baseball first baseman and coach. He was the hitting coach for the New York Yankees of Major League Baseball (MLB) in 2023. He played in MLB for the Cleveland Indians, Cincinnati Reds, Pittsburgh Pirates, Detroit Tigers, and Boston Red Sox. Casey was selected to the MLB All-Star Game three times during his career. He was a broadcaster and commentator for the MLB Network.
