Born in Washington D.C., Ahmadu spent many years living in his family's native country of Nigeria while his father was jailed as a political prisoner. Upon his return to the United States, Ahmadu received a B.A. at The George Washington University, and after spending one day at law school, he moved to Hollywood. He is a 2016 Fox Writers Intensive Alum.
