Prior to joining CNN, Nobles served as an anchor and political reporter at WWBT (NBC 12) in Richmond, VA. and as a and reporter at WTEN in Albany, NY. Nobles earned his Bachelor's of Science from State University of New York college at Brockport and his Masters of Public Administration from Nelson A. Rockefeller School of Public Affairs and Policy at SUNY Albany.
