Benjamin Ginsberg

Benjamin L. Ginsberg (born c. 1952) is an American lawyer. He received a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from Georgetown University. President Barack Obama tasked Ginsberg and Democrat Robert Bauer to co-chair the Presidential Commission on Election Administration, a yearlong investigation into voting problems. "The American Voting Experience: Report and Recommendations of the Presidential Commission on Election Administration," was published in 2014. Ginsberg served as national counsel to the Bush-Cheney presidential campaigns in 2000 & 2004.
