Ryan Ali

Ryan Ali is a Syrian-Canadian actor with a diverse and eclectic upbringing, having followed his family as a child from Syria to Montreal, to Syria, and finally Montreal again. He studied Civil Engineering at Concordia University before fully committing to his acting career in 2016. Ryan has since gone on to make a wide range of appearances on screen, most notably opposite of Salma Hayek and Alexander Skarsgård in the TIFF 2018 Special Presentation The Hummingbird Project, directed by Kim Nguyen. He is fluent in English, French and Arabic. Ali stars as Reese in the second season of CBC/Paramount+'s SkyMed. He also stars as Nabli in the queer revolutionary feature film Queen Tut.
