Erik White

Erik White is born in Brooklyn and grew up as a teen in New Jersey. He earned a degree in engineering from CMA in New York but felt a deep calling to pursue his love of filmmaking. A mentor ship and eventual second-unit director position under famed music video director Hype Williams became his classroom for several years before branching out on his own.

Erik's made his directorial feature film debut and story by credit with Warner Bros "Lottery Ticket". The comedy stars Ice Cube, Naturi Naughton, Terry Crews, and Bow Wow about a young kid who holds a winning 370-million-dollar lottery ticket but must keep it a secret over the holiday weekend until he can claim the prize.

Erik created a visual style that has garnered multiple music video awards including three BET Viewer's Choice Music Video of the Year awards and two MTV Best Male Video accolades, along with over 20 nominations. Artists include Chris Brown, Diddy, Christina Aguilera, Mary J Blige, Ron Isley, Tim McGraw, Lil Wayne, T Pain, Usher, among others.

Erik's talent extended into the reality and doc-series space as Creative Producer and director of Ryan Murphy's reality competition show "The Glee Project", director for the Duck Dynasty spin off "At Home with the Robinsons" and director- producer for the innovative YO!MTV MAPS series.
