Stéphane Bergeron

Stéphane Bergeron is a Canadian re-recording mixer and sound mixer, based in Montréal, Québec. He has racked up nearly twenty award nominations (Emmys, Genies, Geminis, Jutras and Gemeaux) winning an Emmy, a Genie and a Jutra for original sound mixing. Over the last two decades, Stéphane has worked on more than 400 TV episodes and 60 films, including Polytechnique from the Oscar nominated director Denis Villeneuve, landmark director Nicolas Roeg's Puffball and the multi-award winning children's animation series Arthur.

His most recent projects include Lifetime Network House of Versace, from director Sara Sugarman; Canadian feature Vic+Flo ont vu un ours, by Denis Côté (silver bear award at the 63rd Berlin International film festival); Le démantèlement, by Sébastien Pilote (52e semaine de la critique Cannes 2013); Le météore, by François Delisle (Sundance film festival); and Une jeune fille by Catherine Martin (TIFF 2013) to name a few.
