Danya Perry

Danya Perry is a trial lawyer with extensive experience in both government and private practice. Perry founded Perry Law in June 2023, one of New York's premier white collar and complex civil litigation law firms, and has successfully tried dozens of cases and argued dozens of appeals. Prior to founding Perry Law, she served as chief of litigation and deputy general counsel at MacAndrews & Forbes; deputy attorney general for the State of New York; chief of investigations for the Moreland Commission to Investigate Public Corruption; and assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, including as senior trial counsel and deputy chief of the Criminal Division.
