Andrew Saul Levin was born on August 10, 1960 in Berkley, Michigan, he is the son of former U.S. Representative Sander Levin of Michigan, and nephew of the late former U.S. Senator Carl Levin of Michigan. He served as the U.S. Representative for the Michigan's 9th Congressional district from 2019 – 2023.
