Julie Ann Sipos

Julie Ann Sipos made her network acting debut on Miami Vice in the episode "Contempt of Court" as a reporter covering the trial of Frank Mosca (Stanley Tucci). Returning in "Hell Hath No Fury" she played D.A. Frieda Lewis, who originally prosecuted Alan Beaks for the rape of Ellen Mason. Appearing on Murray Phillips' show, Lewis expresses disgust over Beaks' early parole. 

Sipos' only other credited  television role was in the 1993 series Key West. In the short-lived Fox drama set in Key West, Florida, Fisher Stevens stars as Seamus O'Neill, a Hemingway devotee who strikes it rich in the lottery. Searching for literary inspiration in the Florida Keys, he finds himself surrounded by a colorful cast of locals. In the episode "Less Moonlight," Mariska Hargitay guest stars as Seamus' old flame; Sipos plays a frustrated housewife Rikki befriends while  peddling marital aids. Co-starring Denise Crosby, Lara Piper and Jennifer Tilley as Savannnah.

Sipos was a writer during the fourth season of Recess, credited with writing the 1999 episode "Prickly Is Leaving" with Bart Jennett. 

Julie Ann Sipos was the executive producer of Lea to the Rescue, the first-ever live-action adventure movie from American Girl.
