Junior Williams was born in New York City in 1965. He moved to Toronto in 1974 to live with his father following the death of his mother Consuelo Rossi. He studied acting at the Margo Lane School of Film and Television while he attended York University. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. He tried law school but realized after writing the LSAT that acting was his calling.
