Todd Arnow


Todd Arnow, an east coast native, began his journey into show business with films that include "Mrs. Soffel" "Predator," "Lucas," "Who's That Girl," "Goodfellas," "Green Card," "Dying Young" the Oscar-nominated Mike Nichols' film "Working Girl" and Penny Marshall's "Big." He next joined 20th Century Fox as a production executive, supervising Chris Columbus' hit sequel, "Home Alone 2: Lost in New York," "Rapid Fire" and "Love Potion #9.

"Outside of the freelance production ranks, Arnow's corporate resume includes executive stints for the Washington Post Co., where he developed and produced digital products for Newsweek and the Washington Post, as well as RGA Digital Studios, overseeing the company's digital media operations.

Arnow returned to film production in the late 1990s as unit production manager on Renny Harlin's thriller "Deep Blue Sea." Other producing credits include Wolfgang Petersen's "The Perfect Storm" and "Poseidon," Columbus' global smash, "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" and another Oscar-nominated feature, Weir's 2003 seafaring epic, "Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World," which collected 10 Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture. Arnow also worked with Jonathan Mostow on the Boston based sci-fi thriller "Surrogates."

Arnow has co-produced the family films "G-Force," and "Underdog," as well as "A Hitchhiker's Guide to the Universe." In 2011, he co-produced Peter Berg's "Battleship" and in 2012 executive produced Oliver Stone's "Savages." In addition, he produced the pilot episode of Michael Bay's TNT hit drama, "The Last Ship."

Arnow's distinguished career led him to the Windy City and "Chicago Fire," where he will be entering the show's sixth season as an executive producer.

Arnow attended The Pingry School in New Jersey before earning his B.A. from the University of Denver. He is a member of the Directors Guild of America.
