"Signed, Sealed, Delivered," introduces a dedicated, quartet of civil servants in the Dead Letter Office of the U.S. Postal System who transform themselves into an elite team of lost-mail detectives. Their determination to deliver the seemingly undeliverable takes them out of the post office into an unpredictable world where letters and packages from the past save lives, solve crimes, reunite old loves, and change futures by arriving late, but always miraculously on time. The intrepid team is led by the charming and handsome, but idiosyncratic, Oliver (Eric Mabius) who still considers the stamped and mailed letter to be the gold standard of human communication. His hapless team of lost letter experts, free-spirited Rita (Crystal Lowe) and oddly-intuitive Norman (Geoff Gustafson), are thrown for a loop when a beautiful, no-nonsense technophile named Shane (Kristin Booth) is mistakenly transferred to their inner sanctum. Shane inspires the lovable crew to step up in a risky and unorthodox way, beginning with a chance to clear the name of a wrongfully accused man and reconnect him with the love of his life. Will this dead letter make the truth come alive?

It's the start of a new week for the team of intrepid postal detectives tasked with tracking down the recipients of undeliverable mail. Amongst the hustle and bustle of shuffling letters, Oliver O'Toole (Eric Mabius), the rigid leader of the team, makes his way to the office. As he moves through the mailroom, he bumps into department newcomer and resident technophile Shane McInerney (Kristin Booth). As Oliver and Shane arrive at the dead letter office they are greeted by the free-spirited, "girl next door" Rita Haywith (Crystal Lowe) and the nerdy but lovable Norman Dorman (Geoff Gustafson). It's a particularly special day at for the dead letter team as they prepare to welcome their new supervisor, the legendary Theresa Capodiamonte (Valerie Harper)!

A mangled letter describes a young woman's search for a soldier who saved her life and helped her escape Afghanistan during the Battle of Kamdesh. The Army officer is untraceable by normal means and the team must find him, even if he does not want to be found.

The postal detectives track clues to deliver a love letter that can change lives, while their strict new supervisor is on a journey of her own.

In "The Edge of Forever," the Dead Letter Office detectives are dealt their most heart-wrenching challenge yet when they receive an unusual package with a letter from a deceased woman. The Postables help the family on a dramatic journey to piece together clues from their past, so they can move towards a better future.

In "The Future Me," when the postal detectives discover a letter postmarked with a future date, it sets off a chain reaction that leads them down a surprising, emotional journey. As Rita prepares for the Miss Special Delivery pageant?and faces threats from Glynis Rucker (special guest star Marilu Henner), an intimidating supervisor whose daughter is also competing for the crown. Oliver, Shane and Norman find themselves in the middle of a unique couple's struggle for acceptance.

In "Something Good," the Postables track down a wildly talented but anonymous singer/songwriter using only the lyrics of his undiscovered song, taking on an investigation like no other. As the team follows the song's clues, they quickly unravel the details of a fated night, where two lives were changed. Meanwhile, an old friend of Shane's (guest star Valerie Bertinelli) arrives and stirs things up in the DLO.

Oliver and Shane investigate an unusual case that leads them to a bank vault. As Rita prepares for the statewide Miss Special Delivery competition with Norman?s guidance, Oliver and Shane discover they're locked in the vault without enough air to survive. There, they unearth a timeless treasure that will change lives if they don't lose their own.

Norman meets a family member who changes his life as the Postables make a delivery that transforms a family.

With a duty to deliver every last letter before Christmas, the beloved quartet of post office detectives are working around the clock to redirect Santa's mail just as Oliver runs into his former Sunday school teacher. When they receive an emotional last-minute plea not meant for Saint Nick, but instead written to God, they must delay their own travel plans to make sure one little girl doesn't lose her Christmas joy-something Oliver and Shane are also struggling to find as they each face painful holiday memories. With a little guidance from a mysterious post office volunteer, Jordan, the Postables are more surprised than anyone to discover they've been a part of more than one miracle on this Christmas Eve.
