Mick helps Rosemary and Julian with their cluttered and chaotic home in Northamptonshire. Professional motorbike cleaner Dave, from Surrey, spends up to three hours a day keeping his one bedroom flat immaculate. Straight lines are very important to Dave, so he straightens his towels and curtains regularly. Dave meets hoarder Les, who lives with a mountain of car boot purchases and junk in the West Midlands. And Hayley and the team clean some microwaves.

The second volunteer cleaner is Vijay, who hates clutter and has five vacuum cleaners. Vijay meets jewellery maker Poly in north London in a one bedroomed flat which she hasn't cleaned in years. And Hayley and the team clean out some disgusting cupboards.

Sandra helps Karl, who lives an alternative lifestyle on a boat in Norfolk with his dog Cooper. With a stinking toilet and a galley filled with mouldy pans, Sandra faces the biggest cleaning job of her life. The second volunteer cleaner is Maxine, who hates clutter and spends up to four hours each day keeping her home looking pristine. Maxine meets retired librarian Dianne, who lives in a house in Norwich which she hasn't cleaned in three years. Dianne's kitchen is so bad, she eats breakfast in a cafe opposite. And Hayley and her fellow cleaners tackle some disgusting showers.
