Blue Mountain State - Episode Guide

Three incoming freshmen on the Blue Mountain State University football team try to adapt to a new world of college life full of football, girls, and hazing. All of the freshmen must engage in questionable hazing rituals. Sammy feels left out so he tries to become the mascot. While Alex and Craig deal with Thad's hazing rituals, Sammy opts for a darker approach: blackmailing the current BMS mascot so that he can steal the job from him without having to earn it. Sammy becomes successful in his blackmail and becomes the new mascot.

With Denise leaving town for the weekend, Craig is forced to wear a "promise ring" to remind him to be faithful towards her... or else. When Craig loses the ring during a night of partying at a strip club however, Alex must help him find it before Denise returns. Meanwhile Alex tries to have sex with Thad's half-sister from Bosnia, which turns out a little different than Alex had in mind.

When the team's lackluster play leads to a team curfew leading up to the Mountain Goats' biggest game of the season, Thad's prized possession gets passed around leading to a sexually transmitted disease.

The Goats are about to face Overland U, their most storied rivals and not to mention, their first televised game of the season. The catch is... they're gonna have to do so without their starting quarterback, Travis James, suspended by the dean for soliciting a prostitute. Coach Daniels' pleads with the dean to pay off the officials like they usually do but dean's decision stands firm. That leaves Alex to start as QB, who's been complacent being the back-up quarterback, fearing the pressures of having to be the number one guy and just wanting to party. Rather than stepping up in a moment of crisis, Alex channels all his wits into getting Travis reinstated for the big game. He visits Travis's transvestite prostitute to get her to change her alibi and absolve Travis of suspension but she won't budge unless Craig, the star of the team, allows her (or him) to perform fellatio on him. To his surprise, Craig's possessive girlfriend is okay with it but he soon realizes he's the one who can't go through with it, putting Alex back to square one. Meanwhile, Overland U's male cheerleaders have abducted Sammy and the Goats' mascot, a goat named Billy. The Goat's abduction makes headlines but Sammy's disappearance is yet to be noticed. When Sammy accidentally kills the Billy the goat, he brings it to the field on game-day where the heated blame is immediately pinned on Overland U. Sammy plays along with it. Billy's alleged murder fuels Alex who is now ready to play, realizing he's been selfishly looking for solutions that only benefit him and not his team. The Dean refuses to stand by and watch his team loose after the opposition's ruthless mutilation of Billy the Goat and reverses his decision at game time, allowing Travis James to start instead of Alex. Sammy becomes an accidental legend at the school, Alex a selfless team player and Craig remains the unsung hero overcast by Travis James, guilty as charged.

Alex's lack of commitment to the team gets him demoted to third string. Meanwhile, Craig suspects Denise is having an affair and Sammy leads a mob of angry cheerleaders looking for revenge on all the college guys.

After a streak of bad luck, the team holds a "Lock-In Party" at the Goat House to build team camaraderie at which Alex and Thad divide the rest of the players into two groups and compete in a drug-fueled Team Building Olympics.

When the nation's top high school quarterback arrives for Recruit Weekend, Alex makes it his mission to get him to commit to BMS so he can remain the backup.

When Alex is busted with a lacrosse player's girlfriend, he unwittingly breaks a 24-year football/lacrosse team truce, causing a take-no-prisoners war which he must figure out how to end.

When several players, including Alex, find themselves in danger of failing off the team, Alex hatches a plan to get an 'A' without having to study by entertaining his literature professor's horny old mother.

During "Marathon Monday" a BMS drinking tradition where the whole campus parties from 6 a.m. Monday to 6 a.m. Tuesday, Alex meets and hooks up with the girl of his dreams who turns out to be just like him.

The father of a girl Alex goes on a date with becomes obsessed with him and Sammy deals with his own daddy issues.

The guys struggle to figure out a way to pass the NCAA's random student-athlete drug testing.

The Mountain Goats receive an unexpected Bowl Game invitation.

After being sodomized in a fumble pile during practice, Thad sets off on an investigation into who violated him, with each teammate's version of the story conflicting with the next.

The team becomes celibate in order to boost their performance on the field, but it backfires when Mary jo, out of frustration, stirs them into a frenzy.

The team begins accepting increasingly ostentatious gifts from agents, while Coach Daniels fends off pressure to play the annoying, "Rudy-like" son of a local booster.

Alex, Thad and Radon receive a message from an unknown woman saying she is pregnant and try to track her down. Meanwhile, sammy ends up in an abusive relationship. Denise Richards guest stars.

Alex sleeps with the Dean's wife, who just so happens to be Coach Daniels' ex-wife (Denise Richards).

During a bye week, Thad goes on a vision quest to help him decide between staying at BMS next year and going pro. Stacy Keibler guest stars.

During rivalry weekend, Thad steals Overland University's mascot which escapes and wreaks havoc on the BMS campus. Boomer Esiason & Craig Carton appear.

Alex decides that becoming the backup goalie for BMS' hockey team is the perfect way to avoid conditioning obligations. Meanwhile, mary Jo becomes Thad's personal cheerleader.

Thad tries to teach the team a lesson by getting them tossed in the drunk tank the night before a big game and Sammy tries to break them out. Denise Richards guest stars.

The team is a game away from an undefeated season when Radon is injured in practice and Alex may have to start. meanwhile, Coach Daniels suffers a heart attack. Dan Patrick and Chuck Liddell guest star.

A massive riot breaks out on campus after the final game of the season. Alex and the players must save Sammy from being torn apart by rabid fans. Denise Richards guest stars.

Alex and Thad deal with the ramifications of a pornographic photo that Thad sent from Alex's phone after it makes its way around campus.

While Alex adjusts to becoming the starting quarterback and team captain, Thad awaits word on his future with the team after his drug related arrest following BMS' loss in last season's championship game.

Alex takes on Thad's persona as he struggles to pull Thad out of a post-suspension slump while Sammy meets the perfect girl only to realize he will soon lose her.

Alex and Sammy have a falling out when Alex plays the best game in his career and accepts it as the peak in his life. Meanwhile, Daniels and Jon Jon have mixed feelings about a job offer that Jon Jon received.

Thad offers to teach Alex what it is to be a local celebrity but he has ulterior motives. Mary Jo goes to extreme lengths to impress Coach Daniels' wife, who herself is trying to revive her sex life with her husband.

A blackout on campus has postponed the following day's game against Buckingham. Alex uses it as an opportunity to settle the score with one of Buckingham's cheerleads who humiliated him in high school.

When his pre-game rituals start to betray his game-time performance, Harmon goes on a quest to find new mystical superstitions that will restore his kicking abilities. Meanwhile, Sammy explores career opportunities.

As Coach Daniels prepares to be inducted into the College Hall of Fame, Thad comes to terms with some troubling secrets from Daniels' past while Alex connects with Marty on a new level.

Thad's behavior takes a turn for the worse after he suffers a concussion making it difficult for Daniels to hide the injury from both Gilday and ultimately the NCAA. Meanwhile, Sammy reevaluates his masturbation habits.

ONE WEEK, a HARD KNOCKS-esque television series, is at BMS following the team and its coaches both on and off the field.

BMS rejoices when they find they will be playing Blackwell for the Bowl Championship. The celebration is cut short however when the NCAA comes at them with 3 years of dirt on the team - enough to bring the axe down.

BMS loses the Bowl Game to Blackwell when their starters are benched from play due to breaking NCAA rules. Feeling robbed, the BMS starters challenge the Blackwell starters to an unofficial Bowl Game in a local corn field.

The battle continues as the BMS and Blackwell teams fight it out on the corn field for bragging rights as to who the real champion is.

When the Dean of Blue Mountain State threatens to sell the Goat House, Alex throws Thad the party of his dreams in an effort to get him to buy it.
