American Chopper: Senior vs. Junior - Episode Guide

The Teutuls air out the family drama on a radio morning show. Jr. announces that he is going to become a direct competitor of his father by opening up his own Paul Jr. designs bike shop and enlists the help of a former OCC mechanic Vinnie DiMartino.

Paul Jr. and his team are hard at work trying to build out his new bike shop. Sr. doesn't believe for one second that Jr. will ever be able to compete with OCC, and is annoyed to hear that he is going after all of OCC's vendors.

Sr. and Jr. find themselves in front of a judge because Sr. is suing Jr. for his 20% ownership of OCC. Meanwhile, the team at OCC is hard at work on a chopper for ESAB, one of the oldest welding equipment companies in the country.

The guys at OCC are tapped to build the ultimate vehicle for the Science Channel's ‘Meteorite Men'. A tragic accident at Paul Jr. Designs prompts Sr. to put his differences with his sons aside and he reaches out to Jr. and Mikey.

OCC builds a ramp to launch a dummy dressed as Jr. over a creek. Meanwhile, Jr. and his team begin fabricating their very first chopper. Jr. realizes that he needs help in the paint department so he recruits his old friend Nubs to the team.

Sr. and the team at OCC are tapped to build a bike for the FBI and the local Newburgh Police department. Meanwhile the guys at PJD are furiously attempting to fabricate both the Geico bike and the Anti-Venom bike in time for the bike rally.

The pressure is on at OCC and Paul Jr. Designs as both shops race to complete their bike builds in time for the famous Sturgis bike rally.

OCC & PJD arrive at Sturgis to face off for the 1st time to see who will have the better bike. Junior wonders whether Senior will show his support by attending one of his reveals, but Senior has no interest in seeing either of his son's first bikes.

After debuting his first bike at Sturgis, PJD is swamped with fan mail and emails from people wanting bikes. Meanwhile, Senior receives an invitation to Junior's wedding and reaches out to Mikey on whether or not he should attend.

OCC gets a bike build for the Chicago Blackhawks to celebrate wining the Stanley Cup. However, a miscommunication leads to the crew scrapping the build and starting over from scratch. Meanwhile, Senior rushes his dog to the emergency room.

The OCC crew continues building the Blackhawks bike while Junior meets with representatives from Carolina Carports who want PJD to build a bike for their company. Later, Senior makes an important decision agreeing to meet with a therapist for Mikey.

PJD continues its Carolina Carports bike build while OCC begins work for a new client. Senior sees a therapist on Mikey's terms, but his sons are not impressed. Junior unveils his bike to a crowd of 400,000 in North Carolina.

Senior and Junior are both invited to Jason's wedding. Junior gets a build from a longtime OCC client, frustrating Senior. OCC unveils the Hair Club bike in front of a roaring crowd in Washington.

Lee returns to town and he & Senior mend a fence while discussing Senior's relationships with his sons. Senior and his lawyers bring a second lawsuit against PJD. OCC unveils its Headrush bike in NYC while PJD unveils a top-secret bike in Florida.

Rumors spread about OCC being in foreclosure. PJD takes on Universal Property Insurance as a new client. The mood is celebratory at OCC as they unveil a bike for St. Jude Hospital. Tempers flare at PJD and an employee may lose his job.

Tensions are high at PJD as Odie back talks Junior. Junior fires Odie who then turns to Senior for counsel. PJD pulls off a double-unveil for Universal Property Insurance while OCC unveils a bike to an enthusiastic crowd at Bic.

PJD starts a build for Jared Allen's charity while OCC works on a custom build for Supernatural Cymbals. Junior meets with lawyers to stay on top of a new lawsuit from OCC. Mikey gets a taste of the limelight at his successful art gallery opening.

OCC builds a bike for a long time client while Junior and Mikey head to Louisiana to consult with Will of Red Jacket Firearms on a custom gun design. Senior announces his reconciliation with one son and hopes he can make amends with Junior and Mikey.

Senior visits Mikey's gallery and is affected by paintings depicting their strained relationship. While both shops work on respective builds, Junior learns he has won his appeal of Senior's lawsuit. Senior decides to make Junior a settlement offer.

Senior's settlement offer to Junior goes nowhere. PJD rushes to complete two bikes for CrankyApe while OCC struggles to build three bikes for Trans Am Depot. Then, Senior's dog dies and Junior reaches out to his father.

The OCC crew heads up to Alaska to meet up with the Hillstrand brothers from Deadliest Catch. A Deadliest Catch bike is built and unveiled at the Catch Con fan convention in Seattle.

Cadillac enlists both OCC and PJD to build a bike in a father-son build-off. But even as the competition heats up, Senior reaches out to Junior with a second settlement offer- this time, without lawyers.

OCC and PJD rush to finish their Cadillac bikes for the build-off. Both crews race CTS-V's at the Monticello Raceway. Then Junior and Senior face each other when they unveil their bikes at GM.

Senior and Junior finally sit down to settle the two-year lawsuit that has torn their family apart. Amidst the drama, PJD starts a new bike for FIST enterprises while OCC builds a rock and roll inspired bike for Hard Rock.

Senior continues to reach out to Mikey, who seeks counseling from Vinnie. PJD reveals the build for Cepheid, a medical technology company, while OCC unveils both a bike and a reverse trike for Beck's Hybrids.

PJD works on a build for Dekalb while OCC builds a charity bike for Cell Buckle. The harmony is disrupted at OCC when Jason is offended by Senior's design critiques, resulting in a mangled bike that must be rebuilt.

Mikey and Senior both say they want to meet up, but go back and forth about the conditions they will meet under. OCC uses every last minute to complete their bike for US Biker Law. PJD unveils their bike for Dekalb.

Junior lands the biggest job of his career when he is asked to build a bike inspired by the restoration of Ground Zero in NYC. Senior secures a build for a wealthy foreigner and rumors fly at both shops over Rick's assumed discontent at OCC.

A three-way build-off is announced and contender Jesse James throws down the gauntlet by sending vulgar cakes to OCC and PJD. OCC works on two bikes and Junior unveils the biggest build of his career at Ground Zero in NYC.

In the aftermath of the live show, Junior celebrates his win while fulfilling an order for an overseas client. Senior focuses on the future with a big build and an even bigger opportunity: a spot on Celebrity Apprentice.
