I'm a big fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer but this is an episode I don't like. I skip all the singing because I don't care for any of it. Much like the Star Trek episode The Way to Eden which has annoying and stupid songs which I skip. That's the only episode of Star Trek I don't like and this is the only episode of Buffy I'm not keen on. I read this is an episode Joss Whedon had wanted to do for many years and he worked on it far more than any other episode. It's liked by many fans but I'm not one of them. Much like the Sliders season two episode Invasion. I don't like it though it's supposedly a favourite of John Rhys-Davies. The singing of Anthony Stewart Head (Giles) has been praised and Alyson Hannigan (Willow) didn't want to do any singing. Michelle Trachtenberg (Dawn) in real life has done ballet and had the chance to show off her dancing skills.
