How did Fisher get Del's lighter off Vic if Grace swapped it out at the cabin?

How did Frank find Del's flack jacket if he stuffed all that junk in the duffle bag and threw it into the river? The FBI guys recovered that bag.

Why does russell wipe down the inside of Nate's car? He's already wearing gloves!

There are way too many things like this happening in this show. Yet, it still has me binging to the end.

Some of this stuff is kinda stupid, like the lighter and the wrench. Definitely liked the first season better.

They left the resolution of some things from the first season to be assumed. Some relationship dynamics changed without explanation. Feels like different writers from one season to the next. I see now... 3 years between. Continuity suffers.
