Schwein and Dandy

Guy says "yes" to Jaeger schnitzel: breaded, fried pork with bacon mushroom gravy. The Germans knew what they were doing! Garlicky spaetzle and roasted carrots and onion round out the meal, all you need is a good pils and some lederhosen.
