A social media influencer Rose Boleyn elects to have plastic surgery at a clinic run by soon to be divorced couple Al and Mariel. After tragedy strikes, McDonald & Dodds are brought in to investigate the clinic and its staff.

Definitely confusion with who ever posted this episode.
S02E03 was not shown in the UK due to schedule conflicts. As a result they chose to show it as S03E03. Nevertheless, because time had passed and James Murray (Chief Superintendent) was replaced by Claire Skinner, they reshot his scenes. So, there are two versions of the episode. The "international" one with James Murray (S02E03) and the "UK" one (S03E03) with Claire Skinner.
It is not exactly the same episode. On minute 9, we see a new female chief constable, as opposite to last year male chief constable. And this year McDonald does not ask Dodds to repeat the sound of the boiler.
There seems to be confusion about this episode. It was Season 2 episode 3. I watched it a year ago. But I see many platforms have listed it as the new Season 3 Episode 3. It might be a country airing order issue.
