Milad is leaving the team. On his last day at work, he has to perform a difficult surgery on his colleague Aamina and deal with the aggression of an expectant father. Meanwhile, Willem gets to perform Ella's 20-week ultrasound, and department manager Michael gives his pregnant girlfriend Monica a tour, during which the stairs get just as much attention as the "placenta bin."
