Steelworks owner Annette Loibl is horrified – her blind daughter Charlotte has been kidnapped. The investigation focuses on Vroni Ketschauer, who was fired by Annette's partner, Ferdinand Mitterhammer. Sophia goes undercover as a security officer at the Loibl steelworks.
