Tensions between the clans divide the IPM: on one side are the three sisters, on the other Simone and his allies. Micciarella tries to remove her brother from this dynamic, but is rebuffed. Pino sinks deeper and deeper, and his desperation weighs not only on the two Milanese, but also on Lino. A strong attraction develops between Sharon and Tommaso.
