When a storm hits in Quahog, to help pass the time and calm his nerves, Brian consumes some questionable substances and has trouble sobering up. Meanwhile, Meg goes off the deep end after the family takes one too many jabs at her.

This episode also ties in with American Dad Season 7, Episode 2 and season 3 episode 2 of The Cleveland Show. The characters in all 3 shows deal with the same hurricane but the individual storylines do not crossover from one show to the other.
