Max Thieriot

Born in Los Altos, California, Max Thieriot was noticed and signed by an agent while attending an improv class. He appeared in two short films and modeled for GAP before being cast in his debut role of Gus in the 2004 feature film Catch That Kid. The following year he appeared as Seth Plummer in the 2005 film The Pacifier, in which he performed all of his own singing for the film. It wasn't until 2012 that he made his television debut in the TV move Dark Horse, and then landed the recurring role of Dylan Masset in Bates Motel the following year. Max subsequently starred in S.E.A.L. Team for six seasons until he left to create the CBS action series, Fire Country, in 2022 of which he is also an executive producer. In the fall of 2025 his new creation, Sheriff Country which he co-wrote and directed will premiere.
