Miguel Arraes de Alencar Filho, known as Guel Arraes, is a Brazilian filmmaker and television director. Until 2018, he served as director of weekly drama at Rede Globo, being therefore responsible for all series and miniseries shown by the network. Since then, he has continued contributing, writing and directing projects for the house.
