Born in Los Angeles, California, Adam Carolla graduated from North Hollywood High School, dropped out of college and worked various carpentry jobs, becoming a boxing trainer in his free time. Adam's early studies in entertainment were with an improv group, The Groundlings, beginning his career in 1996 on the nationally syndicated radio program Loveline with Dr. Drew Pinsky, which eventually led to being the creator and writer of The Man Show from 1999 to 2004.
