The Melkersson family has left the city for the summer to rent a house in the Stockholm archipelago.
The TV-series is the second series about Tjorven and her family and friends on Saltkråkan. The series is edited from four movies: Tjorven, Båtsman och Moses (1964), Tjorven och Skrållan (1965), Tjorven och Mysak (1966) and Skrållan, Ruskprick och Knorrhane (1967).
