Lee Hwan becomes the crown prince after his older brother's sudden death. On the day of the crowning ceremony, a mysterious letter from a ghost flies into the Palace of the Crown Prince. "You may become a crown prince after killing your brother, but you will never become king. You will grow old alone, without a wife or child. Your friends will stand against you, and your foolishness will cause the death of many, enraging your people and leading to your abdication." As this letter gradually suffocates him, a woman who firmly believes there is no such thing as a ghost appears before him. It is Min Jae-yi, who was set to marry Joseon's most powerful family but poisoned her parents and older brother three days before the wedding and disappeared into thin air. Will Hwan, the crown prince suffering from a curse, and Jae-yi, framed for the murder of her own family, be able to save each other from their destiny?
A destined encounter of a man who can clear the woman's name and a woman who can lift the curse of the man! The desperate struggle of Joseon's youth against their destiny unfolds as a romance mystery!
