Fresh from three highly successful series of 'Cheap Irish Homes', presenter Maggie Molloy is taking her house finding skills to Europe. Over this new 6-part series, Maggie will be trying to find cheap European properties for various individuals and couples.
Her journey takes her to France, Spain and Portugal. In each location she is joined by a locally based architect, who will advise on the condition of the houses, renovation possibilities and local planning and tax laws. Each episode, Maggie will visit 3 separate properties, some will need extensive work, while others will be in walk-in condition. The key word with this series is finding value for money.
